About The Event
Jump in the van and head to the waves of South Wales for the 2nd Yoga Adventure day! Once we arrive, will will head to the beach for warm up yoga before heading for our 3 hour surf lesson! Once waves have been caught, we will chill on the sand doing some slow stretchy yoga and meditation. Once nice and chilled, we'll head to Eddies for dinner and a drink before heading back home :)
